The Candidate Process
Create an account and choose which job position from which sector you wish to receive job offers for. Complete your portfolio and then wait for companies to contact you with job offers. You can either accept or reject, if you accept the job offer you may receive an interview request.

Create an account with a login name and a strong password which should be over 8 digits with capital letters, numbers and symbols. Keep these details private. Your email address will be used by Masonsps to inform you of any job offers or interviews.
SET YOUR PREFERENCES
Select which job positions within which sector you would like to receive job offers for. All of the portfolios are in the same format so the clients will contact you for what you can bring to their company. Complete your portfolio with as much information as you can, you can always come back and update or change.
LET THE JOB FIND YOU
A client will see your profile and may request an interview with potential of a job offer - you can either accept or reject. If the offer is accepted, an interview will take place digitally through Masonsps. We are streamlining this process to get you into your first interview in as little as three days.

Set Your Preferences
Create and purchase business card's - these will be the job offers that you send to candidates. Once you have selected the position from the security sectors that you wish to fill then you will be shown a list of candidates that fit your parameters.
Find the Best Person and Offer
You can scroll through the candidates with the ability to view their portfolios. When you find someone that you would like to interview, send them a business card. They will either accept or reject your offer. If they accept then you can arrange an interview through the video link on Masonsps.
